We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our standard terms regarding refunds and product guarantees.


Policy Category Details & Conditions
Full Refund We offer a full refund if any barcode we sell is not accepted by a major retailer. To claim a refund, please provide a letter or email from the retailer stating that our barcodes are not accepted.
Change of Mind Because our products are digital (instantly assigned barcode numbers), we generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the numbers have been issued and delivered.
Incorrect Orders If you have purchased the wrong product (e.g., UPC instead of EAN) and have not yet used or registered the numbers, please contact us immediately for an exchange or credit.
Claim Period Refund claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for the request in your correspondence.

Terms of Service

Refund Policy

We provide genuine retail barcodes for a one-off cost. Because barcodes cannot be resold once assigned, refunds are subject to the specific criteria outlined below.


Status Policy Criteria & Conditions
Will Consider Refund If you discover a store not listed on our barcode acceptance page that won’t accept our barcodes, we will consider a refund if:
  • You provide written statements from the store regarding non-acceptance.
  • You contact us within 3 weeks of your purchase.
  • You sign up to GS1 in your country and show us proof of membership.
No Refund Given Country Code Expectations: We do not refund if you are expecting barcodes with your country code but don't necessarily need them. We clearly state on our FAQ and EAN/UPC pages that our barcodes begin with ‘07’ or ‘06’. We don’t represent anywhere that our barcodes begin with your country code.
Legal Note Important: Barcodes related to any refund given will be marked on the online databases as illegal for use on products.
